Heirloom Portrait Sessions are a timeless, elegant tradition creating for you a precious piece of art you will adore for many years and pass down through your family.

These sessions are meant to capture all the precious angles and expressions of your little one.

Heirloom vignettes, as well as classic portraits, are included in this session.

Heirloom Portrait Session Pricing

Session Fee $225

SESSION FEE INCLUDES:

Photographer's time and talent
Proofing gallery to choose your favorites for final editing
Fine art editing and retouching

Session fee does not include digital files or other products.

For sessions including more than one family (i.e. cousins), there is one sitting fee.

However, each family will receive their own gallery from which to purchase.

FINAL GALLERY INCLUDES:

10 classic portraits and 5 vignettes

You will receive the classic version of each vignette as well.

Archival wall art, digital collections, albums, and loose prints available to purchase from your gallery.

Heirloom Portrait Process

1 | Schedule Your Session

Reserve your session with a session fee of $225. (This session fee does not include digitals or products.) All sessions take place in my home studio in Franklin, TN. You may easily book a session through my online booking site. Sessions are available one or two Saturdays per month. Summer sessions can be scheduled with more flexibility.

2 | Plan Your Session

Upon scheduling your session, I will provide you with a list of resources for the perfect outfit unless you have your own heirloom piece. You will have the option to choose a white or off white backdrop. You might also want to think about any other heirloom pieces you would want to include, such as a silver rattle, antique chair, rocking horse, or maybe an item you had in your own heirloom photos. I do have a handful of chairs, stools, a settee, and a white rocking horse available for use during your session.

3 | Enjoy Your Session

One the day of your session, bring your child in their pajamas or easily removed outfit and have him/her change into their heirloom piece once you are at the studio. There is a space to change, as well as a changing table for the littlest subjects. We will have fun saying silly things and maybe even singing songs as I run through my session routine for a quick and easy session. Once I am done with my routine, you may request other poses or include additional pieces you have brought.

4 | Choose Your Images

Within 2 weeks, you will receive a proof gallery with soft edits from which to choose the images you would like to be given a final fine art edit. This includes up to 5 vignettes and up to 10 classics. Then the magic will begin on preparing your final gallery for purchases.

Portraits are printed on 100% cotton, museum-quality paper and beautifully custom framed.

The dimensions are the size of the print only and do not include the mat or frame size.
