Portrait Process
1 | Choose Your Session
Choose between a Classic portrait session or an Heirloom portrait session. Both sessions include classic portraits, but the heirloom session also includes traditional vignette portraits.
2 | Schedule Your Session
Once you have looked over the pricing details and know which type of session you need, you can easily schedule your session online. From the booking link, you can choose your date and time and pay the session fee of $225.
3 | Prepare
When you schedule your session, you will receive a link to my client portal where you will find tips on wardrobe and preparing for your session. You might also want to think about any items you might want to include, such as a silver rattle, antique chair, rocking horse, or maybe an item you had in your own heirloom photos. I do have a selection of chairs, stools, a settee, and a white rocking horse available for use during your session. I am happy to help you with choosing outfits or anything else you might need.
4 | Enjoy Your Session
The scheduling and planning is over, and now it's time to have fun and let me capture the moment. Bring your child in their pajamas or easily removed outfit and have him/her change once you are at the studio. There is a space to change, as well as a changing table for the littlest subjects. We will have fun saying silly things and maybe even singing songs as I run through my session routine for a quick and easy session.
5 | View and Purchase Your Artwork
Within 2 weeks, you will receive a proof gallery with light edits from which to choose the images you would like to be given the fine art retouching. Once those edits are complete, you will be sent a gallery from which to choose from a variety of products to treasure your portraits.
A full digital collection will be included with any wall art purchase.
